It is waiting for you in the Kördere area of Kalkan with its perfect sea view and location intertwined with nature. The private swimming pool also has a children's pool, making it ideal for large families and groups of friends. The most important feature of our facility, which consists of 17 rental villa complexes with its own private pool, is that it has a restaurant that appeals to many tastes, has a 30x10 children's pool and a large communal infinity swimming pool that merges with the sky.

All of our rental villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.

The capacity of our villa is 10 people and there are 5 bedrooms. The villa has a maximum capacity of 10 people. 0-6 years old is free. Our villas and other villas are delivered to our guests in a cleaned state. In our villa, general cleaning is done free of charge upon guest request for 7-night stays. For stays of less than 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 1,500 TL is required.

Pets are not allowed in our summer rental villa.

Our rental villa with a capacity of 10 people has 5 bedrooms.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioning.

5. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning.
